Science Education in 2026: Are You Ready for What’s Next?
As we start the 2025–2026 school year, science education is undergoing a transformational shift. With generative AI becoming more integrated in classrooms, states adopting new science standards, and schools rethinking how students learn, the pace of change is accelerating—and educators need the right tools to keep up.
That’s why this fall, the Activate Learning team is hitting the road again, bringing our future-ready curricula, tools, and strategies to science education conferences across the country. From coast to coast, we’ll be helping teachers discover how to choose and implement investigation-centered, NGSS-aligned programs that support all learners and prepare students for the world ahead.
Join us for interactive workshop sessions where you’ll get hands-on experience with our K–12 science programs—PRIME K-5, IQWST 6-8, Integrated Physics and Chemistry™, and OpenSciEd K-12. You’ll see firsthand how our unique investigation-centered approach and phenomena-based learning keep students engaged and excited about science—and leave with practical strategies you can use in your classroom right away.
And don’t miss the chance to explore the latest from Activate Learning, including our powerful new Virtual Investigations™ build for OpenSciEd Middle School, Insights Assessments tool and the Activate Learning Digital Platform, designed to save teachers valuable time and enhance their curriculum.
Whether you're just getting started with NGSS or are ready to deepen your practice with inclusive, student-centered science instruction, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
