Tri-State Alliance Conference

The Tri-state Science Alliance includes the Massachusetts Association of Science Teachers(MAST), the Connecticut Science Teaching Association(CSTA) and the Rhode Island Science Teachers Association(RISTA).
The conference has an exciting blend of networking, new learning and place-based experiences planned. The conference is hosted at Global Heritage Hall at Roger Williams University, in Bristol, RI.

ISTA 2025 Annual Conference
October 24, 2025 | Naperville, IL
The Illinois Science Teaching Association (ISTA) will host its 2025 Annual Conference at the Northern Illinois University Conference Center in Naperville, IL. The 2025 Conference focuses on sustaining high quality science and STEM, and includes sessions on the new OpenSciEd Elementary curriculum, OpenSciEd Middle School Computer Science, as well as several sessions from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. MAST 2025 State Conference

The Massachusetts Association of Science Teachers (MAST) Conference will be held on Wednesday, November 5th at the Best Western Royal Plaza Marlborough. Educators from all grades and all science disciplines are invited to join this full day professional development event!

ASTA 2025 Annual Conference
November 6-7, 2025 | Tempe, AZ
The Arizona Science Teachers Association (ASTA) 2025 State Conference theme is Cultivating Curiosity: Empowering Every Learner Through 3D Science, Innovation, and STEM. The two-day professional learning event for science educators will be held on Thursday, November 6, and Friday, November 7, at DoubleTree Hilton Hotel in Tempe, AZ. The conference will bring together more than 300 PreK through post-secondary educators to learn and celebrate science education.

CSC (Colorado) 2025 Conference
November 7, 2025 | Denver, CO
The Colorado Science Conference for Professional Development is a one-day conference that provides professional development regarding science content, education strategy, and research. The conference will be held on November 7th at the CSU-SPUR Campus in Denver.
The conference will feature over 60 presentations regarding the science content areas of biology, chemistry, earth and space science, physics, and environmental science within the education settings of Early Childhood Education, K-12, College, and Informal Education. The Keynote Speaker is Temple Grandin, Ph.D., professor, best-selling author, animal behaviorist, and autism self-advocate.
From Root2Stem Science Symposium

Every fall, Florida State College at Jacksonville hosts the “From Root2Stem” Science Symposium. Their goal is to provide a forum for K-12 and college science educators as well as those who support them to learn from one another as we share ideas and resources.
The conference provides session topics that span a broad range of themes, including: Environmental and Health Issues, Online Resources, Educational Professional Development, and Student Opportunities for Engagement.
KSTA 2025 Conference
November 7-8, 2025 | Richmond, KY
The 2025 Kentucky Science Teachers Association Annual Conference theme is "Beyond Boundaries: Expanding Horizons in Science Education." This exciting event will take place at the Carl D. Perkins Conference Center at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, KY, on November 7-8, 2025. Save the date and get ready to redefine what’s possible for educators and learners alike!
NSTA 2025 Minneapolis
November 12-15 | Minneapolis, MN

The National Science Teaching Association (NSTA) will host its Fall 2025 National Conference in Minneapolis, focusing on inspiring imaginative learning and boosting student engagement. This four-day event features six key strands: Designing and Implementing High-Quality Instructional Materials and Assessments to Support 3D Teaching and Learning; Teaching for Sensemaking; Literacy and Math in the Three Dimensions; Climate Science and Sustainability: Teaching with Relevance and Impact; and STEM Haven (transdisciplinary learning).
The conference provides educators innovative strategies, cutting-edge tools, and research-based practices to enhance K-12 STEM education.
