Old Rochester Regional School District Successfully Implements OpenSciEd 

The results are in, and they're impressive! Old Rochester Regional School District is seeing remarkable gains in science achievement after implementing OpenSciEd. With students exceeding state MCAS averages by 17% and district scores jumping 8% from last year, teachers and administrators are celebrating the impact of this inquiry-based curriculum.

Success spans all levels – from elementary "little scientists" to high schoolers showing marked improvement. Superintendent Mike Nelson notes, “It’s pretty neat that we are defining what we want our kids to be learning and moving in a direct, consistent approach for all kids. I find it exciting and motivating!”
