After earning my M.Ed. in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), I began my education career working with English Language Learners and coaching ELL teachers in the Austin, TX area. I met my wife there while down the hall from one another at the same middle school. I continued to coach for districts in Texas, and later Jacksonville, FL, focusing on differentiation and strategies for students with diverse needs. Now that I am on the team at Activate Learning, I am proud to work with resources that allow students of all backgrounds and abilities to thrive and become future STEM innovators.

Fun Facts about Drew
I have been married to my wife, Stephanie, for 6 years. This was our wedding on Ladybird Lake in Austin.
Stephanie and I love science fiction, comic book heroes, and movies in general. This is evident in our clothing and travel choices.
We have 3 dogs - Rosie, Duncan, and Bernard. They could not be more different.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, curating my comic book collection, and training in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
